I need an experienced paralegal who can manage probate and trust administration matters in Florida from the first client intake through final distribution and closing. You’ll be the primary point of contact on each file, so confidence with the entire workflow is essential.

Here’s what the work looks like day-to-day:
• Draft all necessary pleadings, petitions, notices, and accountings
• E-file and track every submission with the appropriate Florida court
• Keep heirs, personal representatives, and trustees updated in plain language
• Move each matter forward independently while flagging issues for attorney review when needed

To succeed you must already be comfortable with:
• Florida probate court proceedings (formal and summary)
• Trust administration after a settlor’s death
• Precise, compliant document preparation under Florida probate law
