Finalize US Utility Patent
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a complete draft of a US utility patent application—specification, claims, abstract, and USPTO-compliant drawings already in hand. The draft now needs a professional polish and formal submission through Patent Center / EFS-Web.
What I still require:
• A detailed legal-technical review of the specification and claims, refining language, tightening claim scope, and flagging any 112 or 101 issues.
• Formatting the document set (spec, claims, abstract, drawings, ADS, oath/declaration) to meet every USPTO rule, including correct margins, line numbering, reference numbers, and font.
• Preparation and e-filing of the full package, with confirmation receipts and a clean, bookmarked PDF for my records.
• A brief hand-off memo summarizing any next steps—IDS timing, potential Office Action strategy, and maintenance-fee roadmap.
I will supply the Word draft, the figures in .dwg and .pdf, and my inventor data as soon as an NDA is executed. Clear, tracked-change edits and candid feedback are appreciated so I can see exactly what was adjusted and why. My goal is to press “Submit” within the next two weeks, so availability for quick turnaround questions will be essential.
