Fast Bilingual Section 8 By-Laws

Prandhara Green Hope Foundation is finalising its incorporation under Section 8, and a clear, compliant set of By-Laws is the last item standing between us and filing. I will share our current working template as soon as we start; your task is to reshape it into a complete, legally sound document in both English and Marathi.

Key content areas must be spelled out with precision:
• Membership criteria—including admission, suspension and termination rules.
• Board of Directors functions—powers, duties, meeting procedure and quorum.
• Financial protocols—banking, authorisations, audit cycle, and statutory reporting obligations.

Please structure the document so that the English and Marathi versions sit back-to-back, ready for parallel signing. A final signature page for all founding members is required.

Delivery format:
1. Editable MS Word (.docx) file for each language plus a combined bilingual PDF.
2. Pagination, clause numbering and cross-references must match across languages.
3. All legal citations should track current Indian Companies Act, 2013 (Section 8) requirements.
