Event Timeline Development Specialist

I need an experienced freelancer to help develop an event timeline and word processing with visual callouts including creating links that possibly cross over two files. (?) It is a legal motion with exhibits. Would be nice if there are links between two documents. Also, when naming a case if there was a link to access the case.. It will take 3-4 days plus back and forth. It would be around January 8-15th. I’m not bad with WORD but lacking polish.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
