Elite Legal Assistance for Multi-jurisdictional Pro Se Litigation

Job ID: 39645972

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am seeking an experienced legal writer or paralegal with demonstrated expertise in Arizona Family Law, ARFLP Rule 85(C), and federal constitutional violations (due process, ADA Title II, fraud on the court) to assist in drafting a motion to vacate all orders and the dissolution decree issued in a Maricopa County Superior Court case.

This is not a template job. The motion must be tailored to specific facts including:
• Wrongful exclusion from trial while I was involuntarily detained under ARS Title 36, in violation of due process and ADA protections.
• Fraud on the court via perjured testimony and procedural misconduct by opposing counsel and officers of the court.
• Denial of discovery and evidentiary rights under ARFLP.
• Misuse of remote appearance protocols while I was heavily medicated in a psychiatric facility.
• Conflicts of interest and judicial bias potentially tied to RICO-pattern misconduct (18 U.S.C. § 1962(c)).

You must be able to:
• Apply Rule 85(C)(1)(d), (e), (f) grounds (void judgment, newly discovered evidence, fraud, ADA violations).
• Cite Arizona statutes (ARS Title 25, Title 36), ARFLP, federal law (42 U.S.C. § 1983, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961–1968), and relevant case law.
• Structure the motion for maximum procedural admissibility and irrefutability, using precise legal formatting, argumentation, and support.

You will be provided with:
• Full case number, timeline, and documented evidence (including transcripts, orders, and exhibits).
