EXPERIENCED PARALEGAL OR ATTORNEY-LEVEL FREELANCER NEEDED – MOTION TO VACATE ALL ORDERS

Job ID: 39668554

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m seeking a highly skilled and certified paralegal, legal researcher, or attorney-level freelancer to assist with drafting a Motion to Vacate (with constitutional, ADA, §1983, and due process arguments embedded) in an Arizona family court case with potential federal implications.

This is NOT a simple form-fill task — the docket has 130 entries, and I need someone who can strategically review, structure, and draft at a Supreme Court–level standard for a complex filing.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
• Certification: Must be a certified paralegal (or JD/barred attorney) with verifiable credentials.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in Arizona Superior Court filings AND familiarity with federal hooks (ADA Title II, 42 U.S.C. §1983, RICO, due process).
• Drafting Skills: Able to prepare filings that meet strict Bluebook citation standards and IRAC format (Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion).
• Procedural Knowledge: Knowledge of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, Family Law Procedure, and Vacatur standards (U.S. v. Munsingwear, 340 U.S. 36).
• Evidence Handling: Comfort reviewing large docket histories (130+ entries) without being overwhelmed.
• Communication: Clear, respectful communication. No “bait-and-switch” or scope creep—we’ll lock in an offer so you feel fairly compensated before reviewing the full case file.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:
• Drafting a Motion to Vacate all Orders & Dissolution in case (Maricopa County Superior Court)
• Integrating constitutional and federal arguments (ADA, §1983, due process, fraud on the court)
• Reviewing the case docket and filings (I will provide all materials, timeline, and exhibits)
• Creating a filing that is procedurally sound, court‑ready, and strategically airtight

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
• You can handle high‑stakes legal drafting without getting rattled by volume.
• You appreciate straightforward clients who value your expertise.
• You want to lock in a fair rate upfront — so there are no surprises for you (or for me) when you see how deep this case goes.

HOW TO RESPOND:
• Briefly outline your credentials (certification, JD, relevant experience)
• Provide sample filings (preferably motions or briefs, not demand letters)
• Confirm your availability over the next 30–45 days

This is not for someone testing the waters. If you’re certified, capable, and confident, I will make sure you’re respected, compensated, and supported in the process.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE - I will be assisting you in partnership to make things more simplistic, and expedite the process but also BECAUE no one knows the case like I do. Open lines of communication are very important and this will set a precedent for the future, as I have a total of 17 projects of which need to be done beginning w this one. I will designate those accordingly, but how this first assignment goes will have a strong bearing on if that’s a direction we consider- as I’m in pursuit of a long lasting commutes professional relationship.
