EPO Patent Response & Amendments
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The task is to prepare and file a complete reply under Rules 70(2) and 70a(2) EPC for my European patent application EP21956176.8 (full dossier here: https://register.epo.org/application?tab=doclist&number=EP21956176&lng=en).
I have until 24 April 2026 to respond to the accompanying search opinion, and I already hold technical data and prior-art analyses that can be used as supporting evidence.
Primary focus
• Convincingly overcome the novelty and inventive-step objections raised in the opinion, including drafting any amended claims and supporting argumentation in line with the EPO’s problem-solution approach.
Additional needs
• Tackle the clarity remark and outstanding formality points so the application is procedurally in order.
• Prepare the EPO Form 1038 filing package, clean and marked-up claim sets, amended description (if needed) and an explanatory letter structured to guide the Examiner through each change.
Acceptance criteria
1. A response letter that directly addresses every cited objection and cites my supplied documents where useful.
2. Claim set(s) formatted to EPO standards, ready for direct upload.
3. Completed forms or a clear checklist of items to be signed and filed.
Please keep the wording precise and in EPO style, reference the relevant paragraphs of the search opinion, and ensure all attachments are cross-referenced correctly.
