Draft Whistleblowing Witness Statement
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m preparing for an employment-related whistleblowing claim and need a clear, well-structured written witness statement that I can file as a litigant in person. My former role was a temporary ADR-qualified HGV driver; I was dismissed shortly after flagging serious health and safety issues involving the transport of gases. But Respondents are claiming that termination was performance based. Excessive breaks and overtime made them to terminate my services. But my Tacho infringement records reveals that performance was never discussed with me throughout my service. I was hired by the employer via agency. Disclosures have been recorded by the judge and current stage is pre witness statement. I am looking for someone having past experience in such field or type of claim.
The statement must:
• Set out the chronology of events, focusing on the health and safety concerns I raised, the circumstances of my termination, and how these points breached company policy as well as CDGR/ADR and DVSA regulations.
• Quote or reference my supporting material—photos, WhatsApp messages, excerpts from the respondent’s bundle and policies—so each disclosure is backed by evidence.
• Follow the standard UK tribunal/ET layout (numbered paragraphs, statement of truth, proper headings).
I will supply:
– JPEG images of defects and unsafe practices
– WhatsApp chat exports showing my disclosures
– The respondent’s policy bundle in PDF
- Infringement records
Please let me know your approach to organising the facts, cross-referencing the exhibits, and ensuring the final document is persuasive yet strictly factual. A concise draft for my review, followed by a polished version ready for submission, will complete the job.
