Draft My Patent Application

I have an invention that is still at the idea stage and I’m ready to move it toward full patent protection. I need a qualified patent professional who can take my concept, clarify and expand the technical details with me, and then draft a complete patent application that is ready to file.

The core of the job is the drafting itself: well-structured claims, thorough description, supporting drawings (if needed), and all required forms and formalities. If you routinely perform prior-art searches or provide filing strategy advice, feel free to note that in your proposal, but the immediate deliverable I’m commissioning is the finished application document.

Deliverables

• Final clean version formatted for online filing with the appropriate patent office
• Short summary outlining key claim strategy and any assumptions made during drafting

Acceptance criteria
The application must be complete, technically accurate, free of formal defects, and ready for submission without additional rewriting on my end.
