Draft NGO MOA & Governance
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have an NGO in the final stages of registration and need our governance documents polished and ready for submission. The work is straightforward:
– Memorandum of Association: complete the sections on Objectives and purposes, Board of Directors, and Membership qualifications so they read clearly, comply with standard nonprofit law, and align with our mission.
– Board Resolution: prepare a concise board resolution that authorises adoption of the MOA and future bylaws.
– Rules & Regulations: craft a cohesive policy set covering financial management, day-to-day operational procedures, and member conduct guidelines, written in plain English yet robust enough for auditors and stakeholders.
The drafts I have are partial; you will refine language, close any legal gaps, and format them in a professional layout (Word or Google Docs). Experience with nonprofit compliance, especially NGOs, is essential. When finished, I should be able to file the MOA and resolution with the registrar and share the rules internally without further edits.
