Draft & File Texas Affidavit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone who knows the Bexar County, Texas process for an affidavit of non-prosecution from start to finish. I don’t have any notes or a prior draft, so you’ll be creating the document from scratch, guiding me on what facts must be included, placing the language in the correct statutory format, and making sure the final version is ready for my signature and notarization.
Once the affidavit is complete, I also want help getting it properly filed with the right Bexar County clerk so it lands in the case file without delays or rejections. If the county requires any cover sheet, fee, or supplementary form, please walk me through that as well.
Deliverables
• Draft affidavit written in clear, court-accepted language
• Final version formatted for Bexar County, ready to sign and notarize
• Step-by-step filing guidance (or e-filing submission, if you have access)
• Confirmation that the clerk has accepted the filing, or clear next steps if corrections are requested
You should already be familiar with Texas criminal procedure and local filing rules so we don’t lose time on revisions.
