I need a concise, well-structured tort claim and companion criminal complaint that I can file under 42 U.S.C. §1983 and 18 U.S.C. §242. The pleadings will target a family court whose actions I believe violated federally protected rights.
Scope
• Draft a civil complaint that meets federal pleading standards (statement of facts, causes of action under §1983, request for relief).
• Draft a criminal complaint invoking §242, formatted for submission to the appropriate U.S. Attorney or DOJ office.
• Ensure both documents cite controlling case law and include the required jurisdictional, venue, and damages sections.
• Keep language plain, factual, and persuasive so a pro se filer can understand and file without further editing.
