Draft & Argue High Court Writs
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an advocate who can take complete charge of two civil-rights writ petitions that will be moved before the High Court. Both matters arise from an interlocutory order that the defendants have already challenged, so time is of the essence. Your role starts with studying the existing records, then drafting fresh, self-contained writ petitions that clearly set out the constitutional violations, grounds for quashing the impugned order and the specific interim relief we will press for on the very first date.
Once the petitions are settled, you will file them, obtain listings, and appear personally to argue each stage—from admission and stay application through to final disposal—ensuring my rights remain protected throughout. I expect crisp, persuasive drafting, accurate citations and confident oral submissions that anticipate the opposing side’s objections.
Deliverables
• Two complete writ petitions with all supporting affidavits and index
• Filing, service and compliance with High Court procedural rules
• Court appearances (physical or virtual, as scheduled) until final judgment or appropriate relief is secured
• Periodic written updates after every significant hearing
Acceptance will be based on: (1) timely filing without procedural defects, (2) clarity and coherence of legal arguments, and (3) diligent courtroom representation that secures admission and advances the petitions toward effective relief.
If you routinely handle High Court civil-rights litigation and can dedicate the attention these urgent matters deserve, I look forward to working with you.
