Draft Amended Points of Claim

My NCAT matter in NSW has reached the stage where the Tribunal has directed me to file an amended Points of Claim. I already have the original document; what I now need is a clean, fully-compliant amendment that:
• corrects several factual errors that have come to light, and
• adds new claims and issues that have arisen since the first filing.
