Divorce Petition Preparation & Court Filing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I require assistance in preparing a divorce petition and filing it with the court.
I have a divorce trial argument/narrative written in a Word document that needs to be prepared for court. The project will involve:
- correct grammar, syntax
- Converting the Word document and separate .pdf file (exhibits) into a single, cohesive PDF.
- Ensuring the final PDF is polished and presented as a professional legal document for Stevens County WA State Superior Court.
- Review the entire document to ensure consistency in formatting, font size, and style.
The exhibits (e.g. certificates, etc.) are included in the separate PDF and do not require any modifications or annotations. They are ready to be included as they are.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience with legal document preparation and an understanding of the format and presentation required for the court judge. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PDF software is essential.
There is no specific length requirement for the final PDF.
This is time sensitive and if at all possible needs to be completed no later than Wednesday November 13th.
