Custom NDAs & Work Agreements

I’m finishing a book and have three specialists lined up—an illustrator, a website designer, and an AI book-trailer creator. Before any files change hands I need airtight paperwork that:

• keeps every aspect of the project confidential (NDA)
• assigns full, exclusive ownership of all creative assets to me (Ownership clause)
• lays out payment terms, delivery expectations, and independent-contractor status (Freelancer Worker Agreement)

What I need from you
1. Three tailored sets—one for each freelancer—combining the NDA, ownership language, and worker agreement in a single, easy-to-read document.
2. A clean, fill-in-the-blank master template I can reuse with future collaborators.
3. Guidance on a simple e-signature workflow (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or a similarly straightforward solution) so both parties can sign without printing or scanning.

Each version must name the specific service (illustration, web design, or AI trailer production) and clearly state that I retain 100 % of rights to final and draft material, while forbidding any public or private discussion of the project.

I’ll review once, request any minor tweaks, then release payment upon receipt of the final Word or Google Docs files plus the reusable template.
