Corporate Dissolution Assistance Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm in the process of dissolving my corporation due to having opened it in the wrong jurisdiction as a non Canadian, non PR Holder. I have an Canadian Friend as a Director, but still do not want to go further. The company has not received any money, so I need help filing a final corporate tax return.
