4. Filing Preparation & Guidance (End-to-End)
a. Forms Completion: Fill out all required USCIS forms (e.g., I-140, G-28 or any others, as applicable) accurately and completely.
b. Checklist & Review: Provide a final checklist to ensure no document or step is missed before submission.
c. Filing Instructions: Deliver clear, step-by-step guidance on how and where to file the petition (mail/online), including fee payment details.
5. Revisions & Compliance
Revisions of all documents until the petition meets USCIS standards and the applicant’s satisfaction.
Strict adherence to USCIS guidelines: any deviations or oversights will be the expert’s responsibility to rectify at no additional cost.
6. Project Timeline & Deliverables
