Cease and Desist Motion

State of Florida - Opposing counsel is using bank records of a defendant company in violation of FLRCP. I need the following:
1. Cease and Desist letter requesting immediate stop use of these statements and to redact all publication of the same;
2. A Motion to be filed with this case to show that plaintiff is acting in bad faith in violation of FRCPA, has not used the rules of discovery but rather circumvented the same and is grossly negligently allowing private information to by published which is a business work product and private;
3. A Memorandum of Law in support of the motion with ample case law to back it up stating that the plaintiff obtained bank records illegally without going through the necessary process against the will of the defendant and the plaintiff is now using these same statements in depositions recklessly picking and choosing random transactions not even relevant to the case and exploiting all the defendant.
