California Wage Claim Documentation

Job ID: 40134408

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I need two complete California wage-and-hour claim packages drafted. One set will be filed by my attorney, the other will go directly to the California Labor Commissioner (DLSE). Both must address unpaid wages, overtime premiums, and meal-and-rest-break violations arising under the Labor Code and applicable Wage Order.

You will take my raw chronology, time records, and pay stubs and turn them into polished pleadings and supporting exhibits: clear statements of fact, damages calculations (including waiting-time penalties, interest, and statutory attorney fees), and pinpoint citations to Labor Code §§ 201-204, 226.7, 510, 558, 1194, 1198, and related case law. Where DLSE forms are required, they should be fully filled in and ready for signature; the attorney version should follow the preferred Superior Court format.

Deliverables
• Attorney package: complaint (Word + PDF), damages spreadsheet (Excel), exhibit index, and proof-of-service draft
• DLSE package: completed DLSE 1 form, narrative statement, damages spreadsheet, and exhibit index

I will review, note any edits, and expect a clean revision within two business days. Familiarity with California wage-and-hour practice is essential; prior DLSE filing experience is a strong plus.
