I am completing my bachelor’s thesis in legal studies and must produce a 15–20-page commentary on the UK Supreme Court decision in Fimbank Plc v KCH Shipping Co Ltd (2024). The focus is the one-year time bar for misdelivery claims under the Hague-Visby Rules.
