2nd Appellate Court Brief Drafting

I have an unfavourable decision in an ongoing civil matter and I now need a fully-compliant appeal brief that is ready for filing. The aim is clear: convince the appellate court to overturn the trial-level judgment. To do that, I will provide you with the complete case file—pleadings, transcripts, exhibits, orders—so you can comb through every page, spot where the law was misapplied, and build the most persuasive argument possible.

You will be responsible for:
