Amend & Restate 25-Page Trust
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My 25-page personal revocable trust needs a clean, legally-sound restatement. One beneficiary must be deleted entirely and a recently sold property must be removed from the schedule of trust assets. A new property that is being purchased must be added
No other substantive provisions change; I simply want the document brought up to date, internally consistent and ready for signature.
The version to be modified will be provided once a person is selected
You will work from a fully editable Word version of the current trust (supplied on award) and deliver:
• A redlined copy showing every modification
• A clean, execution-ready version in Word and PDF
