Affidavit of Service Guidance

I’m pursuing a 3301(d) no-fault divorce in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. We have been separated for nearly three years, there are no children, and a permanent PFA runs until 2027. My spouse—currently on probation for a domestic-violence conviction—cannot be located at any reliable address.
Here is where I’m stuck:
• I have already mailed the complaint first-class and by restricted, registered mail. The postal notice shows “left with an individual,” yet no green card ever came back, and first-class mail was returned with no forwarding information.
What I need now is targeted help preparing and filing the Affidavit of Service so the court will accept that all reasonable efforts were made. I expect clear, county-specific guidance on:

2. Supporting documents (postal receipts, returned envelope, tracking printouts).
