Overview:
On September 15, 2022, Ms. Lacey was discriminated against, retaliated against, and threatened by employee(s) at Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Clarita, located at 28700 Newhall Ranch Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. A demand letter was served that set out the factual and legal basis Ms. Lacey's demand for damages incurred as a result of Homewood Suites by Hilton’s violation of 42 U.S. Code § 12182, 42 U.S. Code § 12203, California Civil Code § 51, Civil Code § 54.1, and Civil Code § 52.1, caused by the actions of employee(s) of Homewood Suites by Hilton of Santa Clarita on September 15, 2022, as well as demand for changes to Homewood Suites by Hilton’s policies and procedures for making reservations for guests with service animals. A settlement outside of court was not reached, therefore Ms. Lacey wishes to file a complaint with the Federal Court to initiate a lawsuit and needs help with drafting, filing, and serving the required documents.
