I have a collection of legal contracts that must be rendered into clear, precise Spanish while preserving every clause, definition and reference exactly as written. The material is strictly document–based and will be read by clients who are 50 years and older, so the language needs to stay formal yet immediately understandable, without losing any legal nuance.
You’ll work from the original English files and return fully formatted Spanish versions that mirror the layout, headings and numbering. Accuracy in terminology is critical—experience with contract law, confidentiality clauses, indemnities and governing-law sections will make this go smoothly. I welcome the use of CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ as long as term consistency is maintained; a human final proof-read is non-negotiable.
