I have a 10-page declaration for an immigration appeal that has already been drafted in English and machine-translated into Thai with Microsoft CoPilot. What I now need is a bilingual individual who speaks both languages fluently to read the document aloud in Thai for the applicant during a short video or phone conference (Zoom, Teams, or similar) and then issue the following statement on letterhead or a simple signed PDF:
“My name is _______. I hereby certify that I am fluent in English and Thai and that I accurately and completely translated the foregoing declaration in Thai for the applicant before he signed it.”
Because the declaration is straightforward, only a basic familiarity with legal terminology is necessary. The live session should take no more than an hour; afterward, you would email the signed certificate so I can attach it to the court filing.
