Spanish Retainer Call Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I run a solo immigration practice and many of my clients are Spanish-speaking. Each week I need help walking new clients through our bilingual retainer agreement by phone, answering their questions in clear Spanish, and guiding them to complete the e-signature at the end of the call.
Because you will be talking directly to clients, you should already feel comfortable with everyday legal vocabulary—definitions of “scope of representation,” “flat fee,” “hourly,” “refund,” and similar terms—so the conversation flows naturally without placing callers on hold while you look things up. Full expertise in immigration law is not required; I simply need someone who can explain what each section means and confirm that the client understands before signing.
Typical workflow
• I send you the client’s name, phone number, and a PDF link to the bilingual retainer agreement.
• You schedule the call within 24 hours, review the agreement line by line, and answer basic questions.
• When the client is ready, you remain on the line while they e-sign (we use Adobe Sign).
• You email me a brief note confirming the call outcome and attach the completed agreement.
Professional, friendly phone etiquette and reliable follow-through are essential. All calls must be made from a quiet environment
