Spanish & French Legal Translation
Budget: $3 – $10 NZD
Several legal documents must be rendered with absolute accuracy in both Spanish and French. The originals use formal legal terminology, so I need a translator who is not only fluent in the target languages but also fully comfortable with clauses, exhibits, and official terminology. Maintaining the original formatting, article numbering, footnotes, and any embedded definitions is important because these files will move straight into a legal review workflow once returned.
Confidentiality is essential; I will provide the files under an NDA and expect the final versions to read as native-level legal prose free of machine-translation traces. A brief back-translation check or glossary can be supplied if that is part of your standard process—feel free to mention it in your proposal. Turnaround is flexible within reason, but please indicate your timeline for each language so I can schedule internal sign-off.
Deliverables:
• Spanish-language version of each document in editable Word format plus matching PDF
• French-language version of each document in editable Word format plus matching PDF
I will review for fidelity of meaning, consistency of key terms, and preservation of formatting before releasing final approval.
