Spanish Contract Translation & Formatting -- 2

I have a set of Spanish-language banking contract agreements—well over thirty pages—that must be translated into precise, professional English while preserving the original page layout down to the last table, clause number, header, and footer.

Accuracy with legal and financial terminology is critical: the text includes interest-rate provisions, collateral schedules, and regulatory references that cannot be simplified or paraphrased. Just as important, the finished documents need to look exactly like the originals, so skill with Word, Acrobat, or InDesign for desktop publishing is essential.

Here is what I will provide and expect back:
• Source PDFs (and any editable files I have)
• Complete English translation of every page
• Identical formatting and pagination to the Spanish versions
• A brief log noting any sections that were unclear or required assumptions
