I have several English-language legal documents locked in PDF format that must be re-typed with complete fidelity and then translated. Accuracy is crucial—every clause, heading, and page reference needs to appear exactly as in the original so the final Word file mirrors the source.
Once the English text is perfectly recreated, I need a polished translation. Spanish is my immediate priority, though I’m open to additional target languages we agree upon. Legal terminology, tone, and intent must stay intact throughout.
Deliverables
• Word version of each PDF, layout and numbering preserved
• Translation of the same document into the confirmed target language(s)
• Brief terminology/glossary notes where helpful
Acceptance criteria
• No omissions or additions to legal content
• Formatting within ±2 mm of original margins and spacing
• Translation reads naturally while matching legal meaning
