Legal JPEG Translation & PDF Reconstruction

I need several Spanish-language legal documents that are currently saved as JPEG images converted into clean, searchable PDFs in English. Every element the images contain—printed clauses, signatures, stamps, and the many handwritten margin notes—has to appear in the final file, faithfully translated and retyped so the English version mirrors the structure and pagination of the originals.

Scope of work
1. Read and translate all printed and handwritten Spanish content into precise, idiomatic English, maintaining legal terminology and referencing styles exactly where needed.
2. Retype the translated text into a fresh layout that matches the look and hierarchy of the source—section numbers, paragraph spacing, tables, and seals included.
3. Compile the retyped pages into a single, fully searchable PDF, ready for court or official filing.

Acceptance criteria
• No Spanish text remains; every word and note is accurately rendered in English.
• Layout differences, if any, are limited to improvements in clarity while respecting the original’s flow.
• The final PDF opens with selectable text (OCR or native) and prints without artifacts.

Standard office tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or equivalent layout software are fine as long as the output is crisp and professional.

Once I receive the finished PDF, I’ll run a quick legal terminology check and compare random sections to the originals for quality assurance before marking the job complete.
