Legal Document Translation & Typing

Job ID: 39822968

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have a bundle of legal documents that need to be fully re-typed and translated while preserving their original structure—section numbering, headings, footnotes, signature blocks, everything. Nothing exotic is required on the terminology front; standard legal phrasing is acceptable so long as it remains precise and consistent from start to finish.

Most of the source material is currently in scanned PDF form, so the job calls for both accurate transcription and translation. My immediate priorities are English, Spanish and French, though I’m happy to consider additional language pairs if you have proven expertise. Let me know which combinations you can confidently cover.

Deliverables
• A clean, editable Word file for each document, mirroring the original layout
• A parallel translation in the target language(s), inserted directly beneath the source text or supplied in a side-by-side table—whichever you prefer, as long as it’s easy to cross-reference
• A brief glossary of any terms you feel might invite ambiguity, just to keep everything crystal clear

I will review each file for formatting consistency and spot-check sections for linguistic accuracy before signing off, so please allow for one quick revision cycle in your timeline. If you are meticulous with typing, comfortable with legal language and can turn work around promptly, I’d love to hear from you.
