Hotel Refund Assistance Required
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
arranged a birthday celebration with a hotel and was charged twice for the same arrangement. I have bank statements showing the duplicate deduction, as well as receipts and communication with the hotel confirming the intended charge. Despite reaching out to the hotel for a refund, the issue remains unresolved.
I filed a complaint with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), but as of now, there has been no closure or decision provided regarding the case.
I am now seeking assistance to:
• Claim a refund from the hotel directly, and/or
• Explore further steps such as a bank dispute or escalation to other authorities.
