Arabic Legal Opinion Translation
I need a seasoned Arabic–English legal translator to convert a set of legal opinions into flawless, practitioner-ready Arabic. This text will be read by fellow lawyers, so every term must mirror its common-law or civil-law counterpart precisely.
Alongside the core translation, I also want the work proof-read end-to-end and lightly localized to reflect Gulf-region terminology where wording differs from standard Modern Standard Arabic.
Deliverables
• A fully translated legal opinion in editable Word format
• A second, proof-read version with all corrections accepted
• A brief localisation note (one page max) explaining any regional choices or unavoidable ambiguity
Accuracy, consistency and confidentiality are essential. If you rely on CAT tools such as Trados or memoQ, mention it so I know terminology databases can be shared. I’m ready to supply the original documents and style guide the moment we agree on terms, and I’ll be available for quick clarifications throughout the project.
