For Working Visa purposes, I must have my a) US university diploma and b) my TEFL Certificate be TRANSLATED into Vietnamese

I’m simply applying for a Working Visa in Vietnam. The two above-mentioned docs must be translated for official submission to the DOJ. How much VND should I prepare for this task. I have both originals. See photocopies attached.
