Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a collection of legal documents written in English that must be rendered into Spanish with absolute accuracy and respect for legal terminology. The work involves translating every clause, heading, and footnote so the Spanish version carries identical meaning, tone, and enforceability as the original.
You will receive the files in their native format (mostly Word and PDF). I expect the translated copies returned in the same layout, ready for immediate use. Use of CAT tools such as Trados or memoQ is welcome as long as consistency is maintained; however, the final text must read naturally to a native Spanish-speaking legal professional.
Deliverables
• Fully translated Spanish versions of each document, mirroring the original formatting
• A short glossary of any key legal terms you standardised during translation
