English-Indonesian Official Document Translation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need several official documents currently written in English rendered faithfully into Bahasa Indonesia. Because the files are for formal use, the translated text must preserve every nuance, legal term, and formatting element found in the originals. Accuracy and a naturally formal Indonesian tone are far more important to me than literal, word-for-word conversion.
You will receive the source files in their original layout (mostly Word and PDF). I expect the returned Bahasa Indonesia version to mirror that layout so I can file or print it immediately with no extra re-formatting on my side. If tables, stamps, signatures, or seals appear, please reproduce or annotate them exactly where they belong.
Deliverable
• A clean, proof-read Indonesian copy of each document in the same file type as supplied (Word for Word, PDF for PDF), ready for official submission.
If you have handled legal, governmental, or corporate paperwork before—especially sworn or certified translations—let me know, as that experience will weigh heavily in my selection. Include your typical turnaround time per 1,000 words and indicate any CAT tools you prefer (Trados, MemoQ, etc.) so I can align our file workflow.
Looking forward to working with a detail-oriented translator who values precision as much as I do.
