I need a precise, faithful translation of an English-language legal document into Hmong. The file is plain text—no images or graphics—so the task is entirely focused on the wording itself. Every sentence, clause, and heading must be rendered in natural, legally appropriate Hmong; nothing should be left in English.

Please return the work in a Microsoft Word file that mirrors the original layout. I do not require pixel-perfect formatting, but headings, numbered sections, and paragraph breaks should align closely enough that I can compare both versions side by side without confusion.
