English-Arabic Web & Legal Translation

Job ID: 39772897

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need my website’s public-facing pages as well as several attached legal documents translated both ways—English into Arabic and Arabic back into crisp, idiomatic English. The site content sits in simple HTML/PHP templates, so I want the translator to keep every tag, link, and placeholder intact while swapping the text. Accuracy is critical: legal terms must read naturally to native speakers yet stay faithful to the source wording, and the Arabic copy has to flow right-to-left without breaking the existing CSS classes.

Deliverables
• Two clean sets of files for every page or document: one in English, one in Arabic, each mirroring the original layout and file structure.
• A short change-log noting wording decisions for key legal phrases.
• Final files validated in a browser to confirm that punctuation, encoding (UTF-8), and RTL display render correctly.

I can provide the current HTML snippets, PDFs of the contracts, and any additional context you may need. If you use CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ, that’s great, but plain text diff friendliness is all I require—no proprietary formats. Let me know your turnaround time for the first set of pages and a brief outline of your QA process.
