Czech-English Certified Legal Translation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a zakladatelská listina (founding deed) written in Czech that must be translated into English for official use. Because the authorities will review it, the finished text has to come with a proper certification: translator’s statement, signature, stamp, and date, either in the margin or on an attached affidavit, exactly as Czech and international legal standards require.
The source file is a single legal document; no additional annexes are expected. The translation must preserve every clause, heading, and exhibit reference so the English version mirrors the Czech layout. Where the original contains stamps or signatures, include a brief bracketed note such as “[stamp]” or “[signature]”.
Deliverables
• Certified English translation in PDF, ready to submit to the registrar or notary
• A scan/photo of the signed certification page (if separate)
• Optional editable file (Word or similar) for my archive
Please confirm your turnaround time and whether you can also courier a hard-copy if the office ultimately requests an original.
