I routinely receive Spanish-language contracts and notarial acts that must be rendered into flawless English for submission to courts, government agencies, and corporate counterparts. Because these papers carry legal weight, every translation must come with your official translator’s stamp, signature, and registration details so that the receiving authority accepts it without question.
Turnaround speed is almost as critical as accuracy; most files arrive as PDFs and I need the English version returned in the same layout—headers, seals, pagination—ready for printing or electronic filing. Whenever original formatting is complex, feel free to recreate it in Word or a CAT tool, but the final hand-off has to be a clean PDF that mirrors the source.
This is an ongoing collaboration rather than a one-off job, so I’m looking for someone who can slot new requests into their schedule quickly. Experience with legal terminology, Trados or similar CAT software, and Acrobat editing tools will help you hit the ground running.
Deliverables for each assignment:
