Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am seeking an Experienced Estate Litigation Paralegal to:
1. Help me prepare for my attorney a settlement proposal based on the present value of different possible future outcomes of two concurrent lawsuits regarding large parental estates.
2. Help me research the issue of judicial impropriety in regards to a lower court judge removing himself for an undisclosed conflict of interest but leaving in place his previous highly prejudicial and negative rulings against me.
3. Our work is for an appeal hearing coming up soon.
Ideally, we would start work this Saturday, June 11, and work initially from Noon to 4PM EDT.
You can work Remote on Saturday, but we need to decide whether to proceed asap via phone or Zoom calls between now and Saturday.
