I need an independent analysis of spectral data. due to the sensitive nature of the documents I'm not including those documents unless a contract is signed. I am in possession of spectral data used to convict of me of cocaine. I have evidence that strongly suggest that the parse unreliable false unscientific records used to convict me is false and my conviction wrongful. I need an independent expert medical consultant to confirm this.
