need legal research to support equal employment discrimination case appeal

I am a appealing a decision from the administrative judge of the Department of Commerce to decide a retaliation case after I filed a national origin discrimination case, the decision was a summary judgement in favor of the agency I am writing the appeal but I need to support it with case law from the appeal court of the Equal Employment Opportunity.
