I need legal research/case look up

My son is a pro se inmate preparing his petition for post-conviction relief. He is looking for two very specific case(s) to support one of his arguments. They are cases he preciously read but has since forgotten where and what case he read them from. It is regarding ineffective assistance of counsel. Within the text of the first case it states "It is on thing to make a claim of [ ]; it is another substantially different thing ro make a claim with strong supporting evidence." To help in locating this particular case, it also deals with trial strategy.
The second case specifically states, "Trial counsel is assumed to be ineffective when presenting [a] theory of a case with no supporting facts."
Not sure if you can look up cases from phrases or paraphrases, but if so, please do.
This is a murder case and it is of paramount importance. Some other helpful info, it may be an Arizona case(s).
