I need a lawyer for a bank mistake

My bank made a mistake when intsructed to set a direct debit for my credit card account. They didn' t set it and I paid 2 months penalties and my credit score dropped because of this. They refunded me the penalties but not the credit score affects my plans of getting a loan. Can you please advise?
