I need a lawyer to defend against debt and to apply for legal aid in Germany

My daughter Jennifer Hilton was kept in the clinic at Pirna for almost seven months, even though they knew that her policy with Hansemerkur was cancelled after a few weeks. She cannot pay the €80,000 they are sueing for as she has no income or assets and I only have my UK pension. We were told by the clinic in 2020 that they would let the debt rest but now they have added €5,000 in interest.
