I am looking for a freelancer to conduct legal research in order to find information about water departments in the city of Birmingham, Alabama that have been sued for overcharging their customers. The objective of this project is to obtain the names of five different lawyers who have filed lawsuits against these water departments
Specific requirements for this project include:
- Conducting comprehensive research on lawsuits filed against water departments in Birmingham, Alabama.or Montgomery Al
- Identifying and compiling a list of five different lawyers who have sued these water departments for overcharging their customers.
- Providing relevant information about each lawyer, including their contact details
Skills and experience required for this project:
- Proficiency in legal research and knowledge of relevant statutes and regulations pertaining to water department activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
- Excellent organizational skills to compile the information in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with the legal landscape in Alabama, particularly regarding water department lawsuits, is preferred.
