I am looking for a legal researcher who can assist me with various legal motion practice in NYS and case assembly on for a owner claim whereby the homeowner's insuranace never paid out on claims, a wrongful gas shutoff case by a NY utility company and a case against the largest window company and one of the largest dealer companies in the world. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the area of litigation and have a background in NYS motion practice. The candidate should be familiar with relevant statutes and legal cases and have a current subscription to a legal research software like West's Law or Lexis Nexis
Skills and experience needed:
- Strong knowledge of contract law, exclusions in homeowners insurance
- Experience in conducting legal research
- Familiarity with relevant statutes and legal cases related to home owner claims and wrongful shutoffs by utility companies
